pagseguro_form helper can receive a class now
submit_tag helper can receive any options now
Modificações na maneira de adicionar a possibilidade de se passar opções para o submit_tag na view do cart para por exemplo: adicionar classes ao botão de forma que o css do twitter bootstrap possa funcionar

A modificação que eu fiz na form, adiciona ao submit_tag uma hash html_options. Dessa forma eu posso chamar o helper pagseguro_form e passar opções para para o botão submit. No meu caso eu gostaria que o botão pudesse receber algumas classes css como requer o twitter-bootstrap que estou utilizando.
